1. Salvation: O Lord my Father, I ask for salvation for my children and all members of my family. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

2. Protection and Safety: Lord God, may it please you to fully protect our children every hour and every time. Let them be kept safe at all times, in Jesus’ name. Psalm 91:1-2 says, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.”

3. Fruit of the Spirit: O Lord God, let our children be recipients of the fruit of the Spirit. Galatians 5:22–23 says, “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such, there is no law.”

4. Courage:  Father God, grant unto our children strength and courage to enable them to face world challenges. Your word in Joshua 1:9 states, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

5. Wisdom: O Lord, grant unto our children the spirit of wisdom in their service to you and mankind. James 1:5 states, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”

6. Favor: Almighty God, let our children be full of your favor. Let them have favor before you and before all the people. According to Psalm 5:12, “For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous;
With favor, You will surround him as with a shield.”

7. Obedience: Father, I pray that you teach our children to obey all your commands and conform with your will.  Isaiah 1:19 says – “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.”
